This website is operated by 三河超狗软件开发服务部, using the public name SDog Lab, with sdoglab.com as its intended official domain. We receive privacy inquiries, support requests and business inquiries at super_dog_net@163.com. This policy covers website visits and contact information; it does not replace every game’s policy.

2. Page requests and necessary records

To deliver webpages and browser game resources, the host processes IP addresses, requested URLs, request times and basic browser information. Service errors and security events may include necessary request records for maintenance, troubleshooting and protection. The website is intended to use a server in mainland China; visits from other regions transmit requests to that server. The website application does not build visitor profiles.

3. Cookies, analytics and forms

The current website has no sign-in, online forms, advertising trackers or third-party behavioral analytics. It uses no cookies or local storage to record website visitor behavior. Language selection uses separate URLs. Device saves created by browser gameplay are governed by the relevant game’s policy and are not website visitor tracking.

When you email us, we receive your address, message and attachments to handle the inquiry. Our contact mailbox uses NetEase 163 email; your chosen provider also processes delivery. Hosting services process requests needed to run the website. We do not sell personal information or use support email for advertising profiles. Send only information relevant to your request.

Support messages and necessary service records are retained only as long as needed to handle inquiries, maintain security or meet applicable obligations, then deleted or anonymized. We restrict access to support information we hold and do not publish messages. Public deployment requires HTTPS; local preview addresses are for development. No network or storage method guarantees absolute security. Legally required disclosures are limited to what is necessary.

6. Privacy requests and younger visitors

Email super_dog_net@163.com to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, raise an objection, restrict processing or exercise other applicable rights. We may ask you to confirm from the original email address. Do not send identity documents, passwords or verification codes. Minors should contact support with guidance from a parent or guardian. A guardian may request deletion of unnecessary personal information sent about a child.

7. Policy updates

This page shows its version and update date. Before introducing forms, analytics, advertising or other new data-related services, we will update the disclosures and provide notices and choices where applicable. Game-specific changes will be described in the relevant game policy.
